On The Hip wants you to love our products as much as we do. If this is not the case, we will gladly accept returns for any unworn, unwashed product within 30 days of the order date with proof of purchase.
Purchase on the Internet
Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price minus shipping. When exchanging an item, the shipping costs will be charged for delivery of the new item. Please include a check for $4.95 or indicate on your invoice whether you would like these charges applied to your credit card. We encourage our customers to use shipping services with tracking capabilities to ensure successful arrival. On The Hip will not be responsible for lost items. *Note: On The Hip will only refund shipping charges if the wrong item was sent or if the item received is defective. Purchased at a home party
If you would like to return or exchange any product purchased at a home party, please do so through On The Hip directly. A copy of your original invoice is required. Shipping charges will apply. Sales Kit
Sales representatives' kits may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Shipping costs incurred for initial shipment and return will be the customer's responsibility. The kits may not be exchanged for different product. Sale items may be returned for exchange only. Defective Shirts
We will gladly replace any defective shirt within 30 days of the order date. Please return the product to the address listed below with a copy of your original receipt. We will send a new item to you and reimburse your shipping costs to you. Order Cancellation
